A fudgy brownie cake smothered in rich chocolate ganache, in a Cadbury Flake nest. With a cracked Chocolate Egg covering the whole thing in creme egg filling! Ridiculously decadent, amazingly tasty and surprisingly simple!

I think I outdid myself on over-the-top dessert you guys. I didn’t think I could out do my Chocolate Chip Cookie Ultimate Layer Cake, yet here I am with a big chocolate egg spilling creme egg filling all over a fudgy brownie sitting in a nest of cadbury flakes! But this Easter weekend almost falls on my 30th birthday, so I figured I should go a bit crazy with it! Maybe we can call this cake my pre-midlife crisis!

Your favourite Easter chocolate as you’ve never seen it before! Cadbury Creme Eggs covered in a crispy, fluffy Vanilla batter and deep fried to gooey, yummy perfection. A sinful treat that should be wrong, but tastes so right!

I know what you’re thinking, deep frying chocolate is an abomination, it shouldn’t be done and I’m messing with the laws of physics and biology. But OMG! It’s so ridiculously good, it shouldn’t be, but it really is! You’re gonna have to trust me on this one, try it and you’ll see what I mean. So, won’t you join me in this godless adventure? It’s that time of year – summer is ending, autumn is getting so close you can smell the pumpkin spice and kids are heading back to school! I love summer for all it’s wonderful flavours, all my favourite fruits are in season and tasting amazing, plus it’s the perfect time to enjoy a refreshing cocktail or Pimms cup n the garden. But autumn is definitely my favourite time of year, the weather isn’t great in the UK usually – we just have a lot of rain – but it’s cool out during Autumn and that makes me happy, even if it is wet too! It’s such a cozy time too; snuggly sweaters, hot drinks and warm spices – is there anything more comforting than Autumn?
