These Gluten Free Blackberry Cheesecake Brownies are chocolatey, creamy, and fruity! Fudgy brownies are topped with a thick and creamy blackberry cheesecake. So quick and easy to make, and a real crowd pleaser. Gluten free decadence!
Autumn is well and truly here, the leaves are turning shades of red and brown, the air is crisp, and the mornings are dark. In England autumn usually means lots and lots of rain too, but so far we’ve been spared from too much rain and this weekend is turning out to be pretty warm. Since we’re in October now, blackberry season is over – but my freezer is still fully stocked with these gorgeous, sweet berries and, thus, these Gluten Free Blackberry Cheesecake Brownies were born.
This Gluten Free Pecan Pie Cheesecake is the perfect way to shake up Thanksgiving dessert! It’s has a gluten free pecan and walnut crust with creamy baked vanilla cheesecake, a bourbon pecan pie topping and bourbon brown sugar whipped cream. So delicious, so easy and make ahead!
Thanksgiving is one of my favourite holidays, and we don’t even have it in the UK! But any holiday that is primarily about eating a lot of delicious food and being thankful for all the good in your life is my kind of holiday! There are so many yummy traditional Thanksgiving foods that I love, but the dessert course is always my favourite, shocking I know! Pumpkin pie, sweet potato pie, pecan pie… all the pies! I think that’s why it’s so easy to overeat on Thanksgiving, everything is too good, you just have to try a bit of everything! Or is that just me?!
These Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bars have a flourless peanut butter cookie base, with a creamy cheesecake loaded with tonnes of peanut butter, and topped with a rich and silky chocolate ganache. These cheesecake bars are so easy to make, and naturally gluten free so no fancy, expensive ingredients are needed! They’re a must try!
As a food blogger, I’m constantly trying to think of new recipe ideas to test out, flavour combinations to try and technical bakes to master. I have a long list of ideas on the notes on my phone, which range from fully formed ideas to just two ingredients/flavours I want to try putting together, to everything in between. This long list is probably a pretty good look into how my brain works, but I like to keep it secret, for no real reason, I just do!
As you can imagine, this list never seems to get any shorter, even when ticking off ideas I have tried (whether they end up being successes or failures). Part of the reason for that is because I have a million ideas swirling around my head and only so much time to try them out, and the other part of the reason is things like these Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bars!
Creamy baked strawberry cheesecake with an oreo crust, topped with rich chocolate ganache. Made especially for two to share, the perfect dessert this Valentine’s Day!
You could be forgiven for thinking I’m a bit Valentine’s obsessed, after all this is my second Valentine’s Day themed recipe in a row! It is that time of year though, and I am a sucker for a good theme – especially when I can make cute heart shaped desserts and throw in lots of pink. I love it even more if I can make specially portioned desserts, they’re just too cute. Truth be told, I’m probably not going to be doing anything for Valentine’s Day myself (we’ll see though), but that doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy creating desserts for the occasion! And this is one is a real winner…
Delicious and fudgy chocolate orange brownies with a chocolate orange cheesecake top layer! Perfectly chocolately with that creamy cheesecake layer that melts into the brownie!
Chocolate Oranges are my Achilles heel, my weak spot! I don’t buy them often because I can sit and eat an entire one before I even realise I’ve opened it! But when they’re on sale I can’t help but grab one or two, and I’ve been very good and had three in my kitchen for a few months – waiting to be baked with – and I didn’t sneak a taste at all! I’m very proud of myself. I don’t know what took me so long to bake with them, I did have them hidden away too so I wouldn’t tempt myself, so they weren’t at the front of my mind.
