Crumbly, flourless peanut butter cookies with gooey, chewy caramel and peanuts, topped with chocolate. These Snickers Cookies taste like a Snickers bar, but soooo much better!

As I write this post it’s Sunday evening, it’s raining and it’s very cold! Normally that combination would make me pretty down in the dumps, not today, oh no, because today I have these Snickers Cookies! These Snickers Cookies are like the ultimate antidote to a wet and dreary Sunday evening, they’re so ridiculously yummy that you won’t care that you have to get up early tomorrow morning for work, just get lost in the sheer deliciousness of these Snickers Cookies and feel all your blues melt away!

Peanut Butter & Jelly Stuffed French Toast Bites with Balsamic Dipping Sauce

Delicious brioche french toast stuffed with peanut butter and strawberry jam, in bite size pieces! Plus an amazing balsamic dip to really take this awesome breakfast to the next level! It’s an easy, yet impressive breakfast or brunch that everybody will love!

Who doesn’t love French Toast? It’s such a simple, yet delicious breakfast food – and so versatile too, if you can dream it up you can make it into french toast! I have no idea why it’s called French, because it isn’t – but who cares? As long as I get to enjoy some, I don’t mind what you call it! French toast is a staple brunch food too, which is my favourite meal ever – it’s basically breakfast but it’s acceptable to drink during it, that’s my kind of breakfast! Brunch hasn’t really taken off here in the UK in the same way it has in the US, but it’s my mission to make it as common and loved here – and I’m starting with these PB & J Stuffed French Toast Bites – because who wouldn’t love a brunch where these are served? These homemade dog treats are easy to make, sugar free and your dog will love them! The not-so-secret ingredient that will make your dogs go mad for these treats is aniseed – it’s like catnip to a dog!

I hope I don’t disappoint you by bringing a non-human treat today, but since I made cat treats before I had to make something yummy for the canines in your lives too! After all, our furry family members enjoy a nice treat every now and then too! And boy will your dogs LOVE these. Ours have been going mad over them, after I did the photoshoot for these the little critters followed me everywhere wanting more! Before we go any further, now is when I’ll warn you this will be a pretty photo heavy post – but it’s with lots of cute, happy doggies so you can’t be mad about that!

Spring is here! I don’t know about the rest of the world but it’s been absolutely gorgeous here in the UK, we had one day of grey weather but the rest of the last week has been beautifully sunny! It’s been cold and windy some days, but as long as the sun is out I’m happy! Today is gonna be an absolute scorcher though and I’m not too fond of that, I wilt like a flower in the heat! Of course, my idea of too hot is probably a nice, mild day for lots of people!

It’s my birthday! As I said before, I’m not big on birthdays, but that doesn’t mean I don’t want an awesome birthday cake! That’s the best part about birthdays any, a great reason to eat as much cake as you like! I’m eating a slice right now in fact, I only got up 30 minutes ago but it’s my birthday so I’m allowed!
